- Zapier — connects our payment system to community access and booking tools
- Zapier processes your email and subscription tier to automate account setup
Workbook delivery
- Notion — hosts the student workbook template
- When you duplicate the workbook, it moves into your own Notion account under Notion's privacy policy
Contact forms
- Tally (tally.so) — hosts our contact form
- Any information you submit via the contact form is processed by Tally
Analytics
- Basic, anonymised analytics are used to understand how our site is used
- No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers

We want you to feel confident subscribing to Iru Korean. Our refund policy is as follows:
- You may request a refund within 15 days of your initial purchase or renewal date
- Refunds are prorated — you will be refunded for the unused portion of your subscription period at the time of your request
- To request a refund, email us at one@irukorean.com with your order details
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method
- Refunds are not available for partial months used beyond the 15-day window
- One-time purchases such as digital planners and private class bookings are non-refundable once accessed or attended
For private class cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule at no charge.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of our service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
