🌈 The Big Picture

• If the noun ends with a final consonant (batchim) → use $$\color{purple}{\text{은}}$$ [eun].

• If the noun ends with a vowel → use $$\color{purple}{\text{는}}$$ [neun].

• ❌ Dropping particles everywhere too early → ✅ learn the full pattern first, then recognize omission in casual speech.

• ❌ Using $$\color{purple}{\text{는}}$$ [neun] just because it feels common → ✅ choose by the noun’s final sound.
