The most natural structure for tech opinions: [편리/혁신적]하긴 한데 + [concern]. Then follow with: 그래도 잘 활용하면 + [benefit]. Two sentences — concession, then hope. This sounds thoughtful and balanced in any tech conversation.

Pitfall
Don't confuse 활용하다 (to make good use of something — implies skill) with 사용하다 (to simply use). 잘 활용하면 도움이 돼요 = if you use it skillfully, it's helpful. 사용해요 = I use it (neutral, no judgment on skill).

~ㄹ/을 것 같아요 = "I think it will~" / "it seems like it will~." This is the key ending for expressing predictions and opinions about technology: 대체할 것 같아요 (I think it will replace), 생길 것 같아요 (I think it will be created). Softer than a direct claim.
