덕분에 is for POSITIVE causes only: 인플루언서 덕분에 유행했어요 (it trended thanks to influencers). For neutral or negative causes, use 때문에: SNS 때문에 빠르게 퍼졌어요 (it spread fast because of social media — neutral). Using 덕분에 with a negative cause sounds odd.

~(으)면서 connects two descriptions happening simultaneously: 편하면서 예쁘다 (comfortable AND pretty). Notice: after a verb/adjective ending in a vowel → 면서; after a consonant → 으면서. 크다 → 크면서 / 작다 → 작으면서. Practice by describing any two qualities of an item you're wearing right now.
