💬 Conversations in Action
Dialogue 1 — Where Should We Go?
(Where do you want to go today?)
(How about Hongdae? It's lively and there's a lot to eat.)

(Right. There are so many hip cafés. A lot of them are remodeled factories.)

(Yes, Gangnam has a more upscale atmosphere.)
🌏 Cultural Note — Neighborhood Identity in Seoul
In Seoul, where you live or hang out says a lot about your lifestyle. Locals use neighborhood names as shorthand for personality: saying you prefer 인사동 over 강남 communicates taste, pace, and values. (Which neighborhood do you live in?) as a casual conversation starter — and being able to describe the vibe of your area with words like 조용해요, 활기차요, or 힙해요 immediately makes the conversation feel natural and engaged.
